The X-Men craze has just begun, and we're going to see record breaking prices year after year. X-Men #1 is already out of reach for many, so the next best thing is Giant-Size X-Men #1, and that's already out of reach as well. After that, many would say X-Men #94 is the next best thing, but I'd rather have this book in a 9.8 that features WAY MORE KEY 1st appearances. The MCU is going Cosmic, and this is the book to get before prices become INSANE! Honestly, I can't afford to hold onto this, so I need to sell it right now.
