They're Coming Watch Out #1 Underground Comic Bill Sienkiewicz Early Art 1977 Magazine size. Not sure how rare this is, but this must be some of the earliest published art from Bill Sienkiewicz.

(He was only 19 years old) can't find any information on this. It's in amazing condition except for about a 1 cm tan line on the edge of front cover.
