Space Ghost #1 (March 1967, Gold Key Comics) Silver Age, Rare

Hard to find first appearance of Space Ghost. I'm not an expert but if I had to guess this is probably a 2.5 or maybe 3.0 on the grading scale. As you can tell there are numerous creases along the spine and both covers. There is a 1 to 2-in tear along the edge of the back cover as pictured. I could not find any other major damage to the pages such as writing or tears.
